- College degree or at least eight years of experience in a HUMINT collection or HUMINT collection-support role in lieu of the degree.
- Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph (TS/SCI CI Poly clearance preferred)
- In-depth understanding of the collection environment and resources used to administer and support operational review activities.
- Knowledge of DoD HUMINT system capabilities, limitations, and reporting from supported collection platforms.
- Technical skills and experience to perform HUMINT operations-support tasks with minimal oversight.
- Work is performed in support of DIA Directorate for Operations mission requirements and may involve classified systems and information.
- Must comply with applicable DoD, DIA, Intelligence Community, security, records-management, and information-handling requirements.
- Must be able to work independently in a high-tempo operational environment, manage competing priorities, and meet Government-directed timelines.
- Must communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing, and produce accurate, properly formatted deliverables.
- May be required to attend Government-approved functional training, workshops, meetings, or conferences and to perform other related duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Successful completion of the DIA HUMINT Desk Officer Course, DIA HUMINT Collection Management Course, Intelligence Information Report Course, or related DIA or Intelligence Community training.
- Experience with G2G or successor systems, account management, and Adaptive Access Control.
- Experience drafting Operating Directives, reviewing IIRs, and coordinating operational deconfliction.
