- 12 years of experience in cyber intelligence, cyber operations support, technical intelligence, cyber policy, or a closely related mission area.
- Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph (TS/SCI CI Poly clearance preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct structured research, analyze technical and operational data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Experience developing professional publications, doctrine, standards, best practices, or executive-level briefings.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders across the DoD, Intelligence Community, Government, and industry.
- Work is performed in support of DIA Directorate for Operations mission requirements and may involve classified systems and information.
- Must comply with applicable DoD, DIA, Intelligence Community, security, records-management, and information-handling requirements.
- Must be able to work independently in a high-tempo operational environment, manage competing priorities, and meet Government-directed timelines.
- Must communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing, and produce accurate, properly formatted deliverables.
- May be required to attend Government-approved functional training, workshops, meetings, or conferences and to perform other related duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting HUMINT or intelligence operations in cyberspace.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies, cyber infrastructure, compliance requirements, and operational tradecraft.
- Experience briefing senior Government leaders.
