As a Technical Editor, you will ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of intelligence products. You’ll work closely with analysts and authors to refine draft materials, confirm proper classification markings, and ensure all outputs meet Intelligence Community (IC) standards.

• Location: Pentagon
• Shift: 0830-1630
• Note: Prioritizing candidates with active CI poly.

• Review intelligence products for grammar, punctuation, syntax, logic, clarity, and consistency.
• Ensure content conforms to agency publication standards and IC style guides.
• Edit and amend draft tables, text boxes, and graphics for alignment with accompanying text.
• Verify proper classification markings in accordance with IC guidance.
• Collaborate with authors to strengthen narrative flow and organization, negotiating revisions when needed.

• 2+ years of experience as a writer, editor, or intelligence analyst in an IC organization
• Knowledge of the intelligence community
• Ability to proofread, edit, and correct text for style and accuracy
• Experience in producing all-source intelligence analysis and managing the production of analysis products
• Active TS/SCI clearance required; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience or 7 years of relevant experience
