BLUEHAWK, LLC is seeking Two Mid-Level All Source Analyst (Physical Science focus) to join our supply chain team. In this role, you will leverage your background in chemistry, physics, engineering, nuclear science, or related disciplines to identify and analyze chemicals and components used in weapon systems. The ideal candidate will have experience applying scientific methodologies to complex intelligence problems and will provide critical research and analysis to support national defense missions.

  • One position will support DIA Headquarters in Washington, D.C.

  • The second position will support our Reston, VA location.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis leveraging a physical science background to support intelligence and defense missions.
  • Apply chemistry, physics, engineering, or nuclear science expertise to the identification and analysis of chemicals, components, and materials in weapon systems supply chains.
  • Apply scientific and analytic methodologies to assess, interpret, and forecast emerging threats.
  • Support the development of technical assessments and intelligence products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists, engineers, supply chain specialists, and intelligence professionals, to meet mission objectives.
  • Ensure all work complies with security and classification guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in research, analysis, or related scientific/technical work.
  • Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a Polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Physical Sciences, Engineering, or a related field (Chemistry, Physics, Nuclear Science, etc. strongly preferred).
  • Strong background in applying chemistry, physics, engineering, or nuclear science concepts to analytical problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated experience applying scientific methodologies to complex problem-solving.
  • Experience preparing written reports, briefings, or assessments for technical and non-technical audiences.

Desired Skills:

  • Active TS/SCI with a CI Polygraph
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Experience working within the Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD).
  • Familiarity with analytic tools, methodologies, and classified systems.
