Join our team as an Analytic Facilitator and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of intelligence professionals. In this position, you’ll design and deliver training that enhances analytic tradecraft, aligns with emerging doctrine, and directly supports mission readiness across the intelligence community.

• Develop, update, and deliver lesson plans, curricula, and training materials.
• Integrate new policies, tradecraft standards, and doctrine into training programs.
• Maintain and track training records within systems such as AGILE and TDC.
• Provide expert feedback and recommendations to leadership on training effectiveness.
• Mentor analysts, ensuring best practices are shared and adopted.

• 20+ years of relevant intelligence analysis experience (with at least 2 years recent).
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance (CI Poly eligibility).
• Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs.
