Position Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level C4ISR Analyst to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). The ideal candidate will have experience conducting technical targeting, network link analysis, and interpreting functional requirements in support of strategic and tactical intelligence efforts.

 

Location: DIA HQ – Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, D.C.
Shift Requirement: No shift work required

Responsibilities

  • Perform technical targeting and network link analysis to identify critical C4ISR nodes and vulnerabilities
  • Translate functional and system requirements into actionable intelligence assessments
  • Produce high-quality written deliverables and briefing materials for senior policymakers and defense leadership
  • Collaborate with IC and Combatant Command partners to support mission objectives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical targeting, network link analysis, or functional requirements analysis
  • Strong ability to produce well-structured written products and briefings tailored to senior audiences
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • One of the following education/experience combinations:
    • High school diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience in intelligence or cybersecurity, OR
    • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in intelligence or cybersecurity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in computer engineering or network development
  • Knowledge of cyberspace strategies, policies, and concepts
  • Experience working within the Intelligence Community (IC) and Combatant Command environments
  • Familiarity with the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR)
  • Willingness to support shift work if needed
  • Flexibility to accept a 6- or 12-month rotation to another team or facility, as required by the mission
