We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage intelligence programs in support of U.S. national security efforts. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in intelligence analysis, team leadership, and program oversight, ensuring that all objectives are met in accordance with client requirements and contract deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall management and oversight of intelligence-related programs and personnel.
  • Lead project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with contract scope, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Serve as the primary interface with the customer, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Oversee daily operations, team performance, and deliverable quality.
  • Ensure compliance with intelligence requirements, analytical processes, and security protocols.
  • Mentor and supervise a multidisciplinary team of analysts and support staff.
  • Support the development, review, and dissemination of intelligence products.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite tools to develop reports, presentations, and briefings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
  • At least five (5) years of intelligence analysis experience within the U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC).
  • Minimum of three (3) years of program management, leadership, or supervisory experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills, demonstrated through experience on multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong writing, editorial, and grammar skills, with at least two (2) years of writing-intensive work (e.g., publishing, editing, intelligence reporting).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in military, law enforcement, or other federal government (non-USIC) roles.
  • Technical or hard science background (e.g., engineering, data science, cybersecurity).
  • Experience as a certified release authority for intelligence product dissemination.
  • PMP or other project/program management certification (highly desirable).
