We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Research Analyst – Journeyman to support intelligence operations by applying advanced analytical techniques to enhance decision-making within the Intelligence Community (IC). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in writing actionable intelligence products and leveraging various analytical tools to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.

• Develop actionable intelligence leads and classified intelligence products in accordance with ODNI tradecraft standards.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, fill intelligence gaps, and project potential events using disparate data sources.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on intelligence and investigative programs, applying methodologies to develop well-supported conclusions.
• Acquire and validate intelligence information from various IC sources to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Provide oral and written briefings to senior leadership and stakeholders, effectively conveying complex intelligence findings.
• Utilize analytic tools and software, including Sentinel, CapIQ, Pitchbook, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) to support research and reporting.
• Support counterintelligence efforts by analyzing foreign financial threats and other risk factors.
• Develop and implement mathematical models and optimization methods to assist in decision-making and policy formulation.
• Apply quantitative and qualitative research techniques to enhance intelligence processes, improve operational efficiency, and optimize logistics networks.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of intelligence analysis experience supporting the FBI or a U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC) agency.
• Top Secret/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph (Must be valid for at least six months at the time of resume submission)
• Experience conducting administrative, analytical, and research functions in an intelligence environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively brief intelligence findings and argue positions.
• Knowledge of IC resources, operations, procedures, and terminology, as well as best practices for intelligence product development.

Preferred:

• Experience in operations research, including mathematical modeling, decision support software, and policy optimization.
• Background in counterintelligence and foreign financial threat analysis.
• Familiarity with program evaluation, review, and implementation within an intelligence setting.
