Bluehawk, LLC is seeking a mid-level All Source Analyst with a strong educational background and significant experience in intelligence analysis, preferably within the technology sector. This role requires a deep understanding of business components, structures, practices, and policies, particularly in financial analysis and internal mergers & acquisitions. The candidate should be adept at delivering high-quality, comprehensive intelligence products with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of technology-related intelligence, focusing on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
  • Gather and assess information from diverse sources to produce insightful reports and presentations.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on intelligence findings to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of intelligence efforts with organizational goals.
  • Stay updated on technological advancements and industry developments relevant to the company's interests.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Intelligence, Engineering, Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in intelligence analysis, preferably within technology sectors.
  • Must have an active TS/SCI CI polygraph or willing to obtain a CI Poly
  • Proven expertise in financial analysis and understanding of internal mergers & acquisitions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and distill key insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting findings and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in using intelligence tools and software for data collection and analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage and excel under tight deadlines and quick turnaround times
