  • Overview

    Bluehawk, LLC is seeking Target Intelligence Analysts for technical and administrative analysis support.



    The successful applicant shall gather and analyze information, and provide recommendations necessary for the Government to produce, disseminate, and apply intelligence products in the following subject areas:

    • Utilize all-source intelligence to develop Target System Analysis (TSA), targets, and compile and maintain target lists.
    • Write targeting appendices for deliberate and contingency plans. Assist with the development of targeting strategies.
    • Support the target vetting and validation process.
    • Perform weaponeering and Collateral Damage Estimates (CDE).
    • Exploit and analyze imagery for targeting and produce imagery-based target graphics.
    • Conduct precise point mensuration (i.e. produce Joint Desired Points of Impact (JDPIs)).
    • Conduct all-source analysis for Battle Damage Assessment (BDA) and assist with Combat Assessment (CA).
    • Conduct collateral damage incident research and report as necessary.
    • Compile visual depictions of target intelligence (i.e. target briefs, storyboards, graphics for working groups and boards, etc) to aid senior decision-makers.
    • Other related duties as assigned.


    Education/Experience Requirement


    BA degree required; MA preferred


    8 years Intelligence Analyst experience, or specialized training and 10 years’ experience


    Other Requirements


    • Must be a U.S. Citizen
    • Experience with office applications like MS Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel; multiple OCR engine software; entity identification and extraction software, and a proven track record of providing customer support to intelligence analysis is required.
    • Must be proven self-starter, capable of working with little or no guidance, and must be able to develop and produce data for loading into a comprehensive database.
    • Shall be able to deploy and must be willing to deploy to live and work in a potentially hostile environment.
    • Must be able to function during extended periods of high pressure and stress.
    • Must be willing to receive vaccines as required for the AOR.

    Work Location


    Tampa, FL as well as other CONUS and OCONUS locations anywhere in the USCENTCOM AOR.




    Travel may be required in the CONUS, OCONUS, and in the USCENTCOM AOR.
