    Bluehawk is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support Administrative Human Resource activities in our fast paced, growing West Palm Beach, FL Headquarters.

    The Human Resources Specialist will work as part of the Corporate Human Resources/ Talent Acquisition team.



    They will support the day-to day operations for all aspects of Human Resources and Recruitment administration. This position will help to ensure compliance in accordance with State, Federal laws and regulations relating to HR and Recruitment related activities. They will provide critical, timely administrative support to bring in top candidates into the organization such as on-boarding, implementing and administering employee policies. 



    Candidates must have the following for consideration:


    • 2+ years’ experience of meaningful and verifiable full-time work history in Human Resources
    • Must be able to maintain confidentiality



    • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
    • Excellent organizational skills that include the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
    • Provide high-quality advice to the upper management on daily employee relations 
    • Assist with administrative needs supporting Human Resources/ Recruitment related activities
    • Offer proactive recruiting assistance
    • Demonstrated ability to screen and communicate with professional level, military and leadership candidates.
    • Identify ways to improve Human Resources policies and procedures
    • Robust, demonstrable foundation to research and report using online resources independently or with little guidance after training
    • Ability to use Applicant Tracking Technology (preferably iCIMS)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with peers and leadership
    • Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
    • Strong, demonstrable writing skills


    Required Security, Certification, Licenses and/or Registration


    • Required Security Clearance: Not required. (May be considered in the hiring process if active.)
    • Must be a U.S. Citizen or possess documented immigrant status
    • Must be able to successfully pass a government security background check
    • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening. 


    The following is preferred but not required for consideration:

    • Certification in Human Resources Management or related discipline
    • Recruitment/ Sourcing experience (HIGHLY preferred)
    • Current or recent (under 3 years) graduate of an accredited University studying HR or similar field.
    • Exposure to working or studying OFCCP regulations
    • Experience working for a Government Contractor in Human Resources/ Recruitment
    • Military recruitment experience.
    • High level writing and/or research skills


    Physical Requirements and Environment

    • This employee will work on a computer in an office environment.
    • Limited, to include some standing, bending, light lifting up to 10-pounds, and limited stretching and reaching.
    • 0%-10% travel domestically.
